WAREHOUSE SALE -12 Days To Go |
April 12th at our warehouse in Chiswick.
(93 Bollo Lane, London W4 5LU). Promises to be our best ever. The regulars have been calling in to find out what specials we’ll have.
Plus the spring weather should make it a fun day. Word is obviously getting round and every sale day we see more and more customers who take
advantage of being able to see our baby items prior to purchasing. This is the only time we are open to the public. We can manage prams
and strollers so come along and enjoy your day.
We open at 10am and close at 4pm.
PHP Warehouse sales are when we go through our products selecting items which are now discontinued either by season or because there are too
few to run them in the catalogue. These bin ends are always at huge savings. Added to that we have the returned products from customers;
sometimes the packaging is damaged and can’t be sold as a mail order item so that makes for another great bargain when we clear out.
Of course we also have all our regular lines available for you to buy and not only will you save the postage of £3.99, because you can take
them away directly, you will also get a 10% discount off the price. All in all worth the visit!
If you have a list of items you are going to purchase then why not email in to us info@thebabycatalogue.com so we can prepare your order ahead for speedy collection.

The best holidays are had by Mums who put in a little bit of planning before they go.
It’s best to make a list of things you’ll need for the baby and make sure anything you have to buy is bought at least 2 weeks before going,
so you can try it out and make sure all is well before arriving at your holiday destination and then finding out it was the wrong thing.
Because you’ll be away from home the safety aspect is the top priority. Have things to hand to ensure your child is secure in the strange
environment and different furniture of your holiday home. Even the best hotels can get it wrong. The top two things are the sleeping
arrangements and the feeding arrangements.
The first problem can be solved by a travel cot. Get baby used to the cot before travelling by using it at home. The Pop up versions of
either a Moses bassinet or a toddler travel cot are ideal and because they are so portable can double up on the beach too. Samsonite has
really thought this through and the top sellers are the Pop-up Moses Basket (BJ024) and Pop-up Bubble Cot (H1226). Or another great investment is the Baby Dan Travel cot,
which can double as a home playpen. It is very strong and sturdy with the all important tote bag and wheels to save your arms.
For booster seats, because the hotels never seem to have a high chair, the best seller this season of all items is the
On-the-Go Booster seat (BJ003) from The First Years. This self inflating cushioned booster seat enables you to use a regular chair and place your baby (6m +) at a regular table.
Restaurants will welcome the fact your child is safely seated. Alternatively a great product to have handy rolled up in your handbag at all times,
is the Tamsit Chair Harness (BCH378),
this old favourite does not boost up the child but enables you to secure your child (4m +) in 90% of the dining chairs you find in life and keeps your
child safely strapped in during mealtimes.
Don’t bother taking all the cups and bowls with you. You’ll lose them for certain. Just grab the bag of multi bowls,
cutlery and cups from The First Years (K0350)
it has everything you’ll need to hand and they can be washed, or sterilised too! But with the sheer abundance of items in the 26 piece bag you
won’t mind if they get lost or you simply toss them away when it comes to washing them. Sometimes the Americans really do get it right!
Remember all the potions and lotions, but most importantly have your own mosquito nets or repellent for the baby’s sleep time.
Make sure they do not get bitten by insects or annoyed by dirty flies. There’s a good selection to choose from on page 5 of the catalogue.
Hats, swim nappies, inflatables and beach shoes are the final things to gather up. Preferably UV hats with legionnaire back flaps to protect their necks,
the swim nappy (BSW625) in the right size, armbands (BSW320) and if you wish, a floatseat (BSW321), are perfect for swimming and finally some soft shoes (BSW634) for them
to wear in or around the pool. This way they cannot run and slip on tiles or cut their feet on dodgy things at the beach.
The shoes should be kept on at all times and ours have soft mesh uppers which allow the water to drain out and keep their feet from looking like wrinkled prunes.
If you are still in the sterilising stage then the Twin bottle steriliser (BY071) is a great product as it compacts into a
small item and is dual voltage for Europe. For bottle warming consider the portable bottle warmer (BW2140) which needs no water or electricity,
just your bottle of milk or the food jar. Uses a gas cartridge (more can be bought from Argos or Boots)
you could be on Mars and still able to heat the milk!
To help us process your order more efficently please enter the offercode W-NEWS047 in the box next to the text saying "If you have an offer code, please enter it." and press submit.

Our team have had a hectic time beginning with the Baby Show in Excel, London where we took a huge team and had a whopper stand with all our
Widgey nursing pillows. It was fantastic and Mums to be were lining up for demonstrations and to talk to our team.
Katie Price came by and loved the pillow. She looked fabulous and was looked after by my daughter, who’s now 18 and her nickname is ‘Widgey’.
She reported in that Katie is a very nice lady and was even nicer in real life.
All in all a fun time for us all. We had sold out by early Sunday
afternoon – so the moral of the story is ‘come early’.
