Dispatch With Free Delivery Insurance. The majority of orders will arrive within a few working days but please allow up to 28 days. Our delivery charge is for UK mainland only. Please refer to delivery cost information for other available destinations. Delivery takes place weekdays 7.00- 5.00. For failed deliveries please call the number on the delivery card to arrange re-delivery. Back ordered items: In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock, our operators will advise the expected date of availability. Orders are normally despatched complete and only one charge is made per order.

Only applicable for telephone orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays and for delivery to UK mainland only. £5 surcharge.

Please call our Customer Services 0870-6070545 for a Returns Authorisation Number, which must be entered on the Return document (reverse of invoice). Unauthorised returns may not be accepted. Regretfully postage/delivery charges are not refunded. Please obtain a proof of postage, as Perfectly Happy People cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns. Nappies and related products are hygiene sensitive, unless faulty or unopened we are unable to accept returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
