As a successful entrepreneur Carol’s view of Internet is not that of Wild West, rather she is a firm believer that Internet has an enormous potential for trading and business. With the advent of new technologies she could reach more customers, deliver them excellent service at a very economic price all this without even having them stepping a foot out of there living rooms.
In her view like every new technology, people are sceptical about it hence the take up is slow. Also there is a need to raise awareness at an individual level to promote safer use of Internet.
